How much does a charging station cost?
Charging station prices start from approximately PLN 1,500 for home models (7.4 kW) up to tens of thousands of PLN for professional DC stations for businesses. The cost depends on power, manufacturer, and equipment. Contact us — we will select a solution to fit your budget and needs.
How long does delivery take?
Most models are shipped within 1–3 business days. We deliver by DHL courier or by our own transport for larger orders.
What payment methods are available?
We offer bank transfer, card payment, BLIK, and installment payment. All stations come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty, with the option to extend.
How much does it cost to install a charging station?
The installation cost depends on the location and scope of electrical work – typically ranging from PLN 500 to PLN 2,000. Contact us for a free quote within 24 hours.
Who can install a charging station?
Installation can only be performed by a qualified electrician. We work with certified installers throughout Poland – we can recommend a specialist in your area.
Are there any technical requirements for the installation?
Before installation, a specialist should check your electrical system. This will ensure the station operates safely and efficiently. A 7.4 kW wallbox requires a single-phase installation, while a 22 kW wallbox requires a three-phase installation.
Can I install a charging station in an underground garage in an apartment building?
Yes, but it requires the consent of the housing community or cooperative. We assist in preparing documentation and communicating with the community – the community cannot completely prohibit the installation.
How long does it take to charge an electric car?
Charging time depends on the battery capacity and the station's power output. A 7.4 kW station will charge most cars in 5-6 hours, an 11 kW station in about 4 hours, and a 22 kW station in as little as 2-3 hours.
What to do in case of a breakdown?
Contact us via wallbox.pl or arinea.pl — our specialists will help solve the problem quickly. All stations are covered by a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
Can the station be moved to another location?
Yes. Most charging stations can be dismantled and relocated — for example, after moving house. All you need is the help of an electrician or our technician.

Which wallbox to choose - 7 kW or 22 kW?For overnight charging at home, 7.4 kW (single-phase) is sufficient. A 22 kW wallbox charges 3 times faster but requires a three-phase connection and costs approximately 30–50% more. The choice depends on your car and lifestyle.
Can I charge my car with energy from my own photovoltaics?Yes! If you have a PV installation, you can power the station with solar energy and charge your car virtually for free. Our stations are compatible with photovoltaic systems.
Is the station compatible with every electric car?Yes. All our charging stations comply with universal connector standards (Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO) and are compatible with virtually every electric car model and plug-in hybrid.
Is the station safe when children are playing nearby?Yes. When the cable is not connected to the car, the station does not supply power. During charging, the connector is locked - it cannot be accidentally disconnected.
Are the stations weatherproof?Yes. All stations are IP54-IP56 certified for full year-round protection against rain, snow and dust.
Is the station secured against third-party access?Yes. Access to charging is protected by an RFID system or a mobile application. The device is securely attached to the wall or foundation.
How can I make money from charging stations?Thanks to the dedicated ARTEVA software, you can offer charging to other users, bill sessions per user, and profit from sharing your infrastructure.
What are the benefits of Dynamic Load Management (DLM)?The DLM system allows for maximum use of connection power, avoiding overloads and costly network upgrades — essential for a larger number of stations in a company or parking lot.
Can I get funding for charging stations for my company?Yes. The "Renewable Energy Sources for Start" program by WFOŚiGW Katowice offers funding up to 100% of eligible costs (grant up to PLN 350,000 + loan). Application deadline: June 13, 2026. Details at wallbox.pl/oze-na-start-webinar.
