We charge electric cars with alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC). For home use, we always choose an AC station — the car's onboard charger determines the maximum charging speed.

Answers to questions we get most often before purchase.Does every EV charge at 11 kW? +
No. Charging speed is limited by the vehicle's on-board charger. The station will not exceed the car's own limit.
Do I need a building permit? +
For a single-family home installation, a permit is usually not required. Our installer will guide you through any requirements.
How long does installation take? +
The installation itself takes 2–4 hours. From order to commissioning — typically 5–7 working days.
Can I get a subsidy? +
Yes. The My Electricity 5.0 programme offers up to 1,400 PLN subsidy for a home charging station.
Does the station work without internet? +
Yes — offline charging always works. Internet is needed for remote management and updates.
