Energy when you need it

Solar panels generate power during the day — the battery stores it for the night. Together they create a system completely independent of the grid.
01
Power around the clock
Store solar energy during the day and use it in the evening and at night — without paying grid rates. Energy independence
02
Blackout protection
When the grid goes down, Sigenergy switches automatically in 20 ms. Your home keeps running — fridge, heating, lights. Switching in 20 ms
03
Charge your car for free
Connect the battery to your Wallbox charger. Charge your car with your own electricity around the clock — not just when the sun shines. Own energy 24h
04
Manage via app
Monitor charge level, consumption, energy flows and manage priorities — from your phone, anywhere. Real-time monitoring

Simple energy flow

The system decides on its own where to draw energy from and where to direct it — no manual operation needed.
Day — sun is shining
PV → Home → Battery → Grid
Solar panels power the home; excess charges the battery. When the battery is full, surplus goes to the grid (sale or balancing).
Evening and night
Battery → Home → Car
When there's no sun, the home is powered by stored energy. Wallbox charges the car from the battery — not from the more expensive night grid.
Blackout — grid fails
Battery → Home (off-grid)
Sigenergy detects a grid outage in 20 ms and automatically switches the home to battery power. No interruption to your appliances.
Dynamic tariff
Grid → Battery (cheap energy)
With dynamic tariffs, the system charges the battery from the grid during cheap hours and uses stored energy during peak hours.

Why Sigenergy?

A modular energy storage system — scale capacity without replacing the unit as your needs grow.
Modularity 6–30 kWh Scalable capacity
Start at 6 kWh and expand with additional modules without replacing the whole unit. Ideal if you plan to grow your solar installation or buy an EV in the future.
Safety LFP cell chemistry Lithium iron phosphate
LiFePO4 cells are non-flammable and thermally stable — no risk of thermal runaway. Safe in garages and living spaces.
Integration OCPP + REST API Wallbox · PV · Grid
Native integration with PV inverters, Wallbox chargers and smart meters. One ecosystem managed from one Sigenergy app.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you call.
Does the battery work without solar panels?
Yes. You can charge the battery from the grid during cheap hours (e.g. night rate) and use it during peak hours. Savings depend on the tariff difference — typically 30–50%.
How many car charges does one cycle provide?
A 10 kWh battery covers approx. 55–65 km of driving (at 16 kWh/100 km). A 20 kWh battery — approx. 120–130 km. In practice the battery is recharged daily by solar, so the car is constantly topped up.
How long does the home run during a blackout?
It depends on battery capacity and consumption. A 10 kWh battery at average draw of 0.3–0.4 kW (eco mode — lights, fridge, internet) lasts 24–30 hours.
Can I get a subsidy?
Yes. A battery combined with a solar installation may qualify for funding from national and regional programmes. ARINEA prepares all required documentation.
How long does installation take?
Installing the battery alone on an existing solar system — 1 working day. Installation together with a new solar system — 2–3 days. Start-up and app configuration on installation day.
What is the battery lifespan?
LFP cells retain 80% capacity after 6,000 charge cycles — approx. 16 years of daily use. Sigenergy warranty is 10 years on capacity and performance.
