What warranty do you provide on installation and the station?
We provide a 2-year warranty on the electrical installation. Wallbox stations are covered by the manufacturer warranty, usually 2-3 years depending on the model. We provide service throughout Poland.
Do you operate outside Warsaw?
Yes, we carry out installations throughout Poland. Travel costs outside Mazovia are quoted individually, and fast service is supported regionally.
How much does charger installation cost?
Standard home installation starts from 599 PLN. For business and public installations we prepare a free quote after consultation.
How long does installation take?
Home installation typically takes 1 working day. Business installations with an electrical design are usually completed within 5-14 working days from signing the contract.
Can I apply for an installation subsidy?
Yes. We assist with documentation for national and regional programmes, including for businesses and local authorities.
What is the ARTEVA app and do I have to use it?
ARTEVA is a platform for monitoring, billing, RFID cards and reports. It is optional for homes; for businesses we configure it free of charge as part of the installation.
